The Fund was established by the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Union of Experts of Ukraine” in order to collect information on the needs of experts, appraisers, members of their families and other victims of a financial, material or organizational nature under martial law, to provide appropriate assistance. Assistance is provided by the organizers and in cooperation with charitable organizations, enterprises, institutions and citizens, willing to join in the provision of such assistance. The procedure for providing assistance is determined by the Board of the Public Organization “SEU” and approved by the Protocol No. 01-03/2022 of 18.03.2022 (see here).
