Information about the EXPERT ASSISTANCE FUND "Union of Experts of Ukraine"

What is happening in Ukraine :

On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This is again a war in Europe. Aviation, heavy artillery and missiles are used on the territory of Ukraine. Cities are suffering destruction throughout Ukraine.

During the three weeks of the war, dozens of cities and villages were almost completely destroyed, thousands of people were left without housing and livelihood. Not to mention the loss of life.

There are thousands… of them more than a hundred of them are children…  Also 8 years ago, Russia annexed Crimea and occupied Donbass, which significantly destabilized Ukraine.

Ukraine is the Shield of Europe. We are convinced that a threat to freedom anywhere is a threat to the freedom of the whole world.

For 25 years, the Union of Experts of Ukraine has been helping entrepreneurs in various fields to defend the truth and protect their rights by means of forensic examination.

When peace comes, we will continue to stand guard over your economic activities. And now the professional community of forensic experts in this terrible time is trying to work, fixing the amount of damage that our citizens and foreigners suffer and business representatives from the Russian military actions.

Why exactly the "Union of Experts of Ukraine" :

All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Union of Experts of Ukraine” was founded on June 21, 1997, and is a non-governmental organization that has been representing and defending the professional interests of forensic experts and appraisers for 25 years and contributes to the effective development of expert and evaluation activities in Ukraine. The Union of Experts of Ukraine has 468 high-quality specialists throughout Ukraine, working in 23 regional offices.

Such an organizational structure makes it possible to effectively mobilize the potential of forensic experts and involve them in conducting research in different regions of Ukraine.

The organization is effective in meeting the needs for forensic tools in the territories, especially affected during the hostilities, in particular to determine the material damage caused as a result of hostilities.

Assistance is provided by the organizers and in cooperation with charitable organizations, enterprises, institutions and citizens, who are willing to join in the provision of such assistance.

We respect your position. Our organization intends to save lives and provide assistance to high-quality professionals, and not to pose a threat.

We help to provide Ukrainian experts with the necessary financially, financially (clothes, equipment, medicines, food, building materials, etc.), organizationally (provision of transportation services, care, medical services, accommodation, etc.).

Our tools and resources help to save specialists for education and preparation of the outgoing years, the average training period for an expert in a particular industry is more than 5 years.

By making donations, you contribute to saving lives and helping to rebuild the state.

Not a single part of our funding goes to guns designed to kill people. We finance exclusively specialists who help entrepreneurs in various industries to defend the truth and protect their rights by means of judicial expertise.

On March 7, the International Court of Justice in The Hague (ICJ) opened a case on the claim of Ukraine against Russia on Russia’s violation of the Convention on the Prevention of the Crime of Genocide and its punishment, the requirement of which, inter alia, is the payment of reparations for the damage caused by the violation.

On March 16, an interim decision was already made in favor of Ukraine. The case is currently being heard.

In addition, at the request of 39 participating states, an investigation into the situation in Ukraine due to russia’s attack by the International Criminal Court was launched.
